The director of MZ, Sarah Cook has 15 years experience in the Dance & Fitness industry with a Diploma of Dance Instruction & Management & certificates both in Fitness Instruction & Personal Training.

Movement Zone (MZ) leaps into 2012 with new classes and new teachers!

MZ are offering ‘JAM’ sessions in Castlemaine, Kyneton and Bendigo focusing on skills in Breakdance, Hip-Hop and Parkour (Free running). These Jam sessions aim to teach in a way that is simple & effective. Our experienced instructors break down complicated moves into fun to learn steps.
Discover how to move with confidence and style whilst increasing fitness. Our progressive system enables students to move naturally by developing a core repertoire through skill training and repetition.

Movement has a way of breaking down barriers and connecting people with one another. We recognize and celebrate this by making our studios home to a community.
